PEACE AND BLESSING TO HIS FAMILY. I WENT TO CENTRAL HIGH WITH RANDY, HE WOULD BRING ME M&M PEANUTS TO CLASS WHILE I RUB HIS ACHING SHOULDERS. HE HELPED ME GET PASSED THOSE GEEKS MOMENTS. HE WILL MISSED. THANKS AND GOD SPEED.

I was  shocked and very sad when I heard the news of Randy's passing. Randy was a good friend for almost fifteen years.

Randy always had a smile; he was generous and always willing to help everyone. He never met a stranger. He will be missed.

Condolences to the Carr family.

Such a great person. Always helping when he could. You will be truly missed. Prayers to the Carr family
My condolences go out to the family. Randy was like a brother to me. Rest well, my friend you’ll be missed Greg Strong and family.
I have beautiful memories of my partner in crime on ride-a-longs with our Police Officers doing homeless outreach. Randy always started with...where did you go to High School. He was generous too. Pulling whatever clothes he had in his car out to give to someone in need.
My sincerest condolences to the Carr family. Randy was a kind a respectful person. May his soul rest in peace.
