Randene Kaye Frasier, 74, passed away on March 31, 2025, in Miami, Oklahoma. Born on February 9, 1951, in Norton, Kansas, she brought warmth and kindness into the lives of those around her throughout her life.

Randene was a woman of many passions. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life—gardening under the sun, casting a line while fishing, preparing meals with love in her kitchen, and expressing her creativity through crafts. These hobbies were not just pastimes but reflections of her generous spirit and nurturing nature.

She had a big heart and loved everyone she met. Her compassion and openness left lasting impressions on those fortunate enough to know her.

Randene is lovingly remembered by her daughter Valerie Gaddy; her son Aaron Betz; and her grandson Logan Frasier. She was preceded in death by her daughter Joy Hullett.
