My greatest memory of Randy was when he had Covid and he was on a ventilator. He was a great fighter for life at that time and succeeded. I can’t help but think that in his last moments he continued to fight for his life! Knowing the outcome, the good Lord had other plans for him! He will be greatly missed by friends and all of his family.

My deepest condolences to Randy’s loved ones. I went to the same church as him and he was such a great man. He helped me and my children get through one of the most difficult times I’ve had to walk through, he was like an angel to us.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Randy has a special place in my heart. He was my football coach in middle school (GO MUSTANGS!) and helped nurture my love for the game. I still play to this day and I would always be so happy to see that he was keeping tabs on me. Just a few months ago he wished me luck in our leagues playoffs. He was a great coach and an even better person and role model. He will be missed greatly! Rest easy Coach Gilpin :)

I worked with Randy and hunted with him a couple times. He would talk about his kids a lot. He REALLY REALLY loved hunting with his sons. As you know he was very proud of his family and loved you guys a lot. I'm sorry for your loss.

I was so shocked and sad when I heard the news of my Uncle Randy's passing. He was an amazing uncle and always had us kids laughing and having a good time. I have many memories with my mom (his sister) and his kids (my cousins) hanging out in the dalles and in there log home they had built. He will be forever missed. I feel he has left this world to soon, but now he is fishing with the lord in heaven and his no longer in pain and is at peace. Your family loves you so much uncle Randy! Wishing the family all the best and prayers go out to you all.
Love your niece,
Makayla
