Randall William “Randy” Brooks, age 73, of Troutville, Virginia, went home to be with the Lord on January 10, 2026.
Randy was born in Schenectady, New York, to the late Carlton Parks Brooks, Jr. and Cynthia Scribner Brooks.
He was a funny, sarcastic, and a deeply loving man who cherished his family above all else. Known for his quick wit and dry sense of humor, Randy could always make those around him laugh. He loved …
