Ramon Carrion, Sr., 91, of Wauchula, Florida, entered into eternal rest on September 5, 2025. He was born on August 28, 1934, and lived a life marked by love, faith, and tireless work.

Ramon proudly worked as a field worker, dedicating his hands and heart to provide for his family. Though his work was humble, his strength, resilience, and devotion to family made him a pillar to all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 67 years, Rosa Carrion, and his sons Ramon Carrion, Jr., and Raul Carrion, Sr. He is survived by his children: Gilbert Carrion, Sr. of Wauchula; Dora Mendoza (Oscar) of Arcadia; Antonio Carrion, Sr. of Arcadia; Demetrio Carrion of Lakeland; Javier Carrion of Wauchula; Alma Gonzalez (David) of North Carolina; Maria Carrion of Seffner; Juanita Carrion of Georgia; Maria Wilcox (Jerry) of Georgia; and Betsy Wilcox (Joey). He also leaves behind a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will carry forward his legacy of love, unity, and perseverance.

Ramon will be remembered for his quiet strength, his devotion to family, and the simple, steadfast example he set every day. Funeral arrangements will be announced by the family.
