Olinger, Ralph A., 85, of Victoria, died at home on Aug 30, 2020 after a short bout with cancer. Proceeded in death by wife of 63 years, Janet (Fredrickson). Survived by children, Joy (Leo) Kempenich, Chet (Nancy) Olinger, Lee Ann (Jon) Singleton; grandchildren Nick (Stephanie) Kempenich, Nathan Kempenich and Lily Singleton; brother Ron (Audrey) Olinger, sisters Jo Ann Davis and Elaine Coulter.
