It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ralph Guedes, a beloved man who brought joy and laughter to those he encountered throughout his life. Born on February 2, 1960, Ralph left this world on June 2, 2023, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of love, humor, and service.

Ralph is survived by his wife Hanny son Seth and sister Evelyn, who will lovingly remember him for his compassionate, fun, and loving personality. His competitive spirit, humor, and enthusiasm for life made him a delightful companion and friend to many.

Throughout his life, Ralph imparted valuable lessons on those around him, such as the importance of knowing that God loves you and the empowering belief that you can make things happen. His faith in God was a shining example to others, and his deep love for his family was evident in his most cherished accomplishments — marrying Hanny, having Seth, and accepting God as his Savior.

Ralph's legacy will be remembered in his devotion to serving God and others, his love for the UM Hurricanes football, and his incredible work ethic. His ability to make friends everywhere he went and his readiness for a good time will be fondly remembered by those privileged to have known him.
