Ralph Dean Bowlin of Irvine Kentucky passed away after a short illness in Heflin Alabama . He was born on March 21 1945 . He was in the army .Ralph was in the Army and worked in concrete.He was survived by 2 brothers and his sister . His long-time friend breatrice silagy and his step son Stephen a silagy and his children mark ,Steve ,Tammy and Christy.
