Ralph R. Bauer, 81, of Delhi Township, Ohio, passed peacefully on December 9, 2025.  Ralph was born on August 17, 1944 to the late Ralph and Mildred Bauer (nee Meyer).  In 1993, Ralph married Sue (nee Stindt) and the two were married for 32 years.  Ralph and Sue spent countless hours together working in their yard and on their home.  Ralph grew up in and stayed in Delhi his entire life.  You are hard-pressed to find anyone in Delhi that does not know and love him.  He graduated from Elder High School in 1962 and served in the Army Reserves from 1963-1968, receiving an Honorable Discharge.  Ralph was a dedicated and dependable mechanic for the Delhi Township Police Department for 30 years and retired in 2007.  Even after retirement Ralph continued to work at J&F Garage driving a tow truck for years. He continued to keep busy helping at the garage a few days a week until age 79.  Ralph was preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Mildred; his wife of 23 years Kay (nee King); stepson Bryant; brothers Tim and Paul; sisters Jean and Angela Eyinga and brother-in-laws Bill Latscha and Lance Massie.  Ralph is survived by his loving wife Sue Bauer; son Ralph L.; stepchildren Vicky (late Kyle) Buchanan, David (Katie) Bauer, Jennifer (Gerald) Bruce-Knight and Thomas (Aynsley) Lang; grandchildren Ethan Buchanan, Amanda (Robbie) Poe, Kayla (Curtis) McCarthy, David (Kassie) Bauer, Casey Bruce, Mary (Ethan) Bauer, Hope Bruce, Ella Lang, Evan Lang, Lucas Bauer and Eli Bauer; sisters and brothers Lois Ann (late Bill) Latscha,  Dave, Greg (Mary), Ed (Linda), Ray (Pattie), Tom (Terri), Mary (late Lance) Massie, John (Donna), Joe and Julie (Barry) Deckert.  He also leaves behind 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.  Ralph will be deeply missed by his family and all that ever knew him.  A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Simon Church of Delhi Township, 825 Pontius Road, Cincinnati, OH, 45233 on Friday, December 19, 2025 at 10:30AM with a Celebration of Life immediately following at Plagge Hall.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Elder High School General Scholarship Fund,  c/o Memorials, 3900 Vincent Avenue, Cincinnati, OH, 45205.
