Rachelle Lynn Leavitt , 40, of Scarbough  passed away unexpectedly due to medical conditions on May 2nd 2022, Rachelle grew up in Portland  a town she loved and never left. She worked as a housekeeper for several years and enjoyed her children & family, she loved singing karaoke with her family, she had the biggest heart and was such caring individual & also very protective of her family & friends! She had lots of friends and made them easily. She had a laugh that one will ever forget as it was very contagious. 

Rachelle will be dearly missed and always remembered. Rachelle was predeceased by her Father Michael D. Leavitt & grandparents on both sides. Also her stepfather that aided in rasing her Brian J. Payer.  Rachelle is survived by Her mother Juanita Gronlund & Step Father Karl Gronlund. Her stepmother Tabathe Brown. Her children Gabriella Scheetz-Leavitt, Sean Plummer, Nickelle Leavitt-Forest. Her partner Gary Forest. Her Sisters Dynelle Beaulieu & Michelle Sibler, Ashley Leavitt, Jayme Myrick and her brothers Peter &  Michael Leavitt & Philip Payer.  And lots of niece’s & newphews. 

Juanita requested a celebration of life be held in Rachelle’s honor as opposed to traditional funeral services. We request all of Rachelle’s loved one to join us in celebrating her beautiful life at Pizzaiolo on Wednesday May 11th at 3pm 865 Forest Ave. Portland Me.
