Rachele's obituary
In Loving Memory of Rachele Montrose (Kovar)
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Rachele Montrose (Kovar), loving mother to Shelby and Sydney Montrose, wife to Bob Montrose, and daughter of the late Joe Kovar and Joy Kovar (Phalsgraf).
Rachele’s greatest joy in life was her daughters, and her love and dedication to them was the heart of who she was. She was also a devoted biology teacher in the Berea City School District for many years, where she inspired countless students with her passion for science and her unwavering support.
Rachele was a beloved cousin to Ron and Renée Hartley, and a dear aunt and cousin to many in the Montrose and Paul family. She was thoughtful, witty, and deeply loyal to those she loved. Among her close friends and family, her humor, sharp insight, and quiet warmth left a lasting mark.
A celebration of Rachele’s life will be held on
Saturday, June 28th from 12–4 PM
at the Parkridge Apartments Clubhouse
19650 Puritas Avenue
Cleveland, OH 44135
(Parking is available in the complex and on the street.)
In lieu of bringing dishes to share at the service, we will be organizing a weekly meal train for the family. Participation is optional for those who wish to support in this way.
Rachele’s love, kindness, and the legacy she leaves behind—in her family, her students, and all who knew her—will never be forgotten.
