Rachel's obituary
Rachel Helen Toop peacefully passed away in Burnaby, BC on November 17, 2024 at 55 years old.
She is survived by her children and their partners, Brandon & Colbee and Courtney & Liam, as well as her grandchildren Hazel, Blaze, Meliza, Jazlyn and Franklin.
Rachel was a light in many peoples lives, she made a friend or knew a friend anywhere she went. She was a kind, caring, trustworthy woman. An incredible mother, grandmother and friend. She will be so deeply missed.
