I met Rachel at New Covenant Christian Church. I noticed her smile right away. Such a warm, welcoming young woman, always with a smile, and usually with a child on one hip, while helping another. I, and many others are blessed to have known Rachel, she will forever live in our hearts.

I do want to share a story about Rachel. A group of us church mom's and our teenagers got together at Grub Park. The girls were running around after pizza and Rachel came back to us in a frenzy, with the other girls behind her. "I touched a fuzzy caterpillar and I think it poisoned me!" Well , we all started giggling and reassured her that she wasn't poisoned. This went on for about 10 minutes. She was a little upset with us, but soon enough she was back to being herself.

I looked forward to seeing Rachel in and out of church. She was a good friend to my daughter, Chynna and many others. When Rachel received her drivers license the world received a good friend who was always on call, willing to help you as best she could. As I got to know the Novak family, I realized that the huge heart, love for our Lord, and desire to serve run through their veins.

My condolences to all of Rachel's family and friends. 💜🙏

Rachel, I will never forget our memories of us playing after church. You always wanted to hang out with us big kids and your big brother Steve. We jumped on the trampoline and played hide and seek for hours in the afternoon. I will always picture you as sweet little Rachel with the long blonde hair and the beautiful smile. I’m so sorry we didn’t keep in touch. You are missed dearly and I would give anything to see you and to jump on that trampoline again.

Sending so much love to you, Novak’s.
My condolence to Rachels Family and many friends. I will always remember her as that ray of sunshine when she walked into a room her warm and wonderful smile was always so special to me. She grew up becoming this Beautiful Person compassionate, kind and warm hearted. Her middle name describes her best Grace. She left us all to soon and will be greatly missed. Love you always Miss Rachel. Miss Vicky
