As we prepare to lay to rest our beloved matriarch, Rachel Edwards Mattox, we are connecting here with friends, family, and loved ones who have asked how they can support during this time of loss.
Rachel transitioned peacefully on Saturday, May 3, 2025, surrounded by the love she poured so freely into others. A lifelong educator, devoted mother and grandmother, and servant leader in her community, Rachel spent her life uplifting others. Now, in the spirit of togetherness that she so beautifully modeled, we invite you to donate in honor her legacy.
