Rachel and I met at Shaw AFB in 1998. We were both working as home child care providers and did pretty much all activities with the kids together. Jessica and my son Ryan are just about a month apart in age. I've missed my dear friend for years as we moved around the world with the military. Rest in peace, Rachel.
