We regretfully announce the passing of Rachel L. Evans of Manchester CT, formerly of Bolton CT and Vernon CT on Tuesday, October 11, 2022. Rachel was surrounded by her family and passed away peacefully.
Rachel was a wonderful and loving mother who gave her all to her family and everyone she met. We will never be able to fill the space left behind by her. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Yvonne and …
