Rachel's obituary
When Rachel was growing up she was social, romantic, lively, and dreamed of motherhood and gave her family many laughs. She was a fan of Hip Hop music and was talented at dance and choreography. She also won an award for her poetry at the local community college the same night she gave birth to Natasha in 1999. Sadly, she did not get to watch her daughter grow up. Rachel struggled with addiction in her teens and twenties, and in 2004, she had an overdose, which left her permanently disabled. She spent the rest of her life in a brain injury hospital, unable to walk or communicate. After months of battling complications due to Coronavirus, Rachel is finally at peace.
Her family believes she is now in the company of her late father and other loved ones in the family who passed on before her. Rest in peace, little lamb.
