Rachel "Queen Bee" Carder, 53, of Kenova, WV put up a fight but passed away on January 18, 2023. Rachel grew up in the Ceredo area, a place she loved, but she grew to love Florida even more. She worked at City National Bank and enjoyed shopping, getting her nails done, going to the pool, tailgating, and just being the life of the party. Rachel will be dearly missed and always remembered.

Rachel was predeceased by her father William Jarrett and her daughter Princess. She is survived by her mother Sheila Carder Russel, Laura Arthur her second mother/sister, Emily Buckhannon one of her Daughters, Brandy Davis one of her Daughters, Jaeleigh Skylar her granddaughter, Jasiyah Buckhannon her grandson, Sarah Smith Newman one of her best friends, and many more of her loving friends whom played a big part in her life & she loved dearly. Rachel loved so many people the list is very long. If you were a friend of hers you know she had much love in her heart for you.  Rachel requested a celebration of life be held in her honor as opposed to traditional funeral services. We request all of Rachel’s loved ones to join us in celebrating the beautiful life of Miss Queen Bee at Rollins Funeral Home on January 28th, 2023, at 11am.
