With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Priscilla Goines, a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to all whose lives she touched, on July 21, 2023. Born on September 23, 1967, she brightened the world with her kind heart, radiant smile, and caring nature.

Priscilla is survived by her loving children, daughter Jessica Lowe, son Donald Lowe Jr., and son Colby Lowe. Her legacy continues to live on through her cherished grandchildren: Eric Crisp Jr., Giyona Crisp, Gunner Lowe, Kelly Lowe, Emmery Lowe, Ezmae Lowe, Dominick Lowe, and Nevaeh Lowe.

She is also survived by her brothers, Byron Kirkendoll and James Kirkendoll, who provided a strong bond of sibling love and support through all the seasons of life. Priscilla was predeceased by her loving mother, Jeanette Kirkendoll, with whom she is now reunited in eternal peace.

Priscilla's generous spirit, zest for life, and the joy she brought to others will be greatly missed but forever remembered. Her family and friends will continue to honor her life by living theirs to the fullest, just as she did. Despite the sorrow we feel for Priscilla's passing, we are comforted by the beautiful memories we shared with her and the love that she left in our hearts.
