Priscilla Ann Carter was born August 22, 1964 at University Hospital in Augusta, GA .She was the second she was  born to Katie and Nathaniel Johnson .  Priscilla accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Greater Young Zion Baptist Church . She attended Lucy C. Laney High School where she graduated in 1981. In 1987, she married Charles Carter, which ended in divorce several years later. She leaves behind 4 kids, Boris Vinson 36, Yllemii Carter 34, Bianca Carter 33, Joshua Carter 32 , 17 grandchildren, 1 great grand

In June, Priscilla Carter retired from the Environmental services after 26  years of service. During that time she received many awards and certificates for her outstanding service. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother . She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling ,bowling, shopping, the sound of the slot machines, and loved her North Carolina Tarheels Priscilla was called to eternal rest on August 22, 2022 . She will be missed by all who knew her. Priscilla leaves to cherish her memory  loving sons; Boris, Zach, Joshua and daughter, Bianca; mother, Katie Mae; father, Nathaniel ; sister ,Jackie (Wendell); brothers, Vincent (Delores) and Allen(Tiffany); many nieces and nephews; three godchildren ,Andre, Allen, and Kaleb; and a host of beloved relatives and friends. And a whole lot of grands and great grands
