Preston Lamar Bell, age 29, of Highspire, Pa, passed away on July 10, 2023. Born August 18, 1993, in Norristown, Pa, son of Tanya Williams-Bell and Lewis Bell and stepparents Alexander Williams III and Leah Williams.

Preston is known for his kindness, sense of humor, and willingness to help the community. Preston often volunteered by offering aid with groceries and errands with fellow residents. He was an avid music lover and a firm believer in the lord. Preston would go on bike rides and long walks in his free time.

Preston is survived by his parents, Lewis Bell and Tanya Williams-Bell, and stepparents Alexander Williams III and Leah Williams. Grandparents Nancy Bell, Jacqueline, and Edward Maxie; his siblings Porsche and (Fredrick) Green; Pierre Williams; Palynn and (Christopher) Greene; Payonna Williams; Paris and (Laesha) Williams; Passion Williams, Parie Bell, Paige Williams, Penae and (Freddie) Green, Pierce Williams, Parker Bell, Palena Bell, Paulette Williams, Patee Bell, Percy Bell, Palmer Bell, Payton Williams-Campbell and (Ronaldo) Patyonna Bell, Lynneice and (Theron)Williams, Kamilah Hutchins-Bell, Jennifer Hutchins, Tiffany Hutchins, and Sakara Indelicato and a host of relatives.

Preston’s celebration of life will be on August 18 at 11:00 am at Martin Luther King Baptist Church at 1243 S. 18th Street, Harrisburg PA 17104.
