It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Mr. Prentiss Whitfield on November 1, 2025. Born on April 24, 1957, Prentiss lived a life marked by kindness and integrity. A pillar of his community and a devoted father, he left an indelible mark on all he encountered.
Prentiss is survived by his son and daughter, LaTissha Adams and Cordaro Adams. His indomitable spirit and enduring love will continue to live on through his progeny, comforting them in this time of grief.
We honor Prentiss's memory and celebrate the remarkable life he led. His example teaches us the power of resilience, the value of community, and the endless capacity of the human heart. He will be deeply missed.
