Our deepest condolences to Kutts, Arivind and Rohan. I remember first meeting Prem at his Swiss Cottage flat, London in September 1977 and enjoyed great times.

Remembering the great times we had with Prem on our golf escapades. Prem was not a “great” golfer but he was a great & wonderful friend to all of us. He will be missed.

He would buy donuts for the group when times were stressful.

He would put up with temperaments with a smile plastered on his face .

He would take me out to talk and give advice

He never flaunted his position.

He made me feel like his equal.

He would give away his cash to need people even when I felt it was not worth it .

He was human. A man with a heart .

13 years on, I have since moved on and developed into senior leadership roles. My approach and leadership styles have roots in his. I was privileged to have met him and thanked him for all he has done for me, as a person and not a staff, before he passed on to a better place .

Dear members of Prem’s family.

He was a valuable board member, friend and advisor when we started our hospitals with Columbia Asia as a partner. I enjoyed his company and his soft but firm touch. Enjoyed many a beer with him! I will miss him. He made my daunting task feel easy and was always ready to help. He was a good man and great finance head!
