Background
Pranav was diagnosed with dementia and was initially given a diagnosis of Alzheimer's but it became very clear that his symptoms were much more like Lewy body dementia. We wish he had been diagnosed accurately sooner so we could have helped him manage his distressing symptoms and been more prepared for his death. Our wish is that other individuals and families don't needlessly suffer from this heartbreaking and horrific disease.
