I can't believe it's been 2 years since my BFF left this world and Jesus took her into His arms.  I still find myself thinking "I have to call Portia and tell her..." 😥 I think of you every day.  She was a beautiful person with a beautiful soul.
I should have hugged you tighter and longer the last time I saw you.  I miss you every day!  See you later, my BFF.

We spent lots of time sitting on Harvey Street porches together. Portia was a lovely person inside and out.

Portia was a kind, fun, charismatic woman.  I have many fond memories of her.  She always a smile on her face. I will miss her. I know she is in heaven with Dave. She had a strong belief in god.

  • Remembering all the years we shared as the Hubbard family…the good times with all the fun and laughter, along with the hard times and the many tears we shared with the loss of our loved ones…we will always be thankful to Portia  for the care she gave Dave throughout his many health issues,  she truly gave ALL she had to make him comfortable, especially during his last year…May you now rest in peace in your heavenly home with our Lord and all those you love.

You will be missed. So sorry this had to happen but I know you are in heaven with Dave. My heart goes out to the kids and their family's. We had a lot of fun growing up together. Love Sandy

Portia was a good friend to all who knew her. She was kind, loving, funny, talented and loved to spend time with her grand kids. When we went to Ireland and she was getting ready to kiss the Blarney Stone I told her she didn't need to because she already had the "gift of gab". She never met a stranger. We were best friends for many years, knew each other since we were little and stuck together no matter what.  I'll miss our long phone conversations. Rest in peace my dear, sweet friend. Till we meet again......
