It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Pippa Louise Kuhn, who left us on July 1, 2024, at 10:20 p.m. Born on August 15, 2011, Pippa's short but impactful existence was filled with joy, love, and lessons learned about unconditional love.

Pippa is survived by her loving mother Anna León (Kuhn), her caring father Isai León, and her siblings Daniel Isai León, Ian Abdiel León, Nina Marie Kuhn, Wendy Penelope León, and Penny Chicharrona León. Together, they shared many moments of playfulness, caring, and companionship.

A creature of simple pleasures, Pippa loved boiled chicken and pumpkin puree with a drink of ice water. She enjoyed watching her favorite TV shows - Supernatural, Dexter, and Seinfeld and her favorite movie was Hachi: A Dog's Tale. When she felt like being sporty, Pippa could often be seen engaged in a fierce game of tug of war or barking heartily. Her favorite recreational activities, however, were receiving belly rubs and taking naps. Pippa grew up in Simi Valley, California, before moving to San Antonio, Texas with her mother in 2015. 

Being true to herself, loving, caring and loyal, Pippa taught us about unconditional love through her every action. Her greatest accomplishment, as shared by her family, was just being their dog and being perfect at it. While Pippa lived her life primarily in shades of black and white, her heart was always a vibrant and warm shade of love.

Pippa was a staunch supporter of the ASPCA, caring deeply about their cause. In lieu of flowers, funds are being raised for "Best Friends Animal Society" at https://everloved.com/life-of…, a cause she cared deeply about.

Though Pippa is no longer with us physically, her legacy of kindness and bravery will continue to inspire and guide us. She may not have been here for a long time, but the impact she had on us will last a lifetime.
