This February 01, 2024, Phyllis Jean Turvold passed after a short illness, surrounded by her loved ones. The  world welcomed Phyllis on May 07, 1929. Born in Austin Minnesota to Howard and Ella Johnson. Married Burnell Ronald Turvold in 1949. Gave birth to 3 sons Bryan, Jerome and James. Moved to Belvidere Illinois in 1967. Phyllis lived a full and warm life, dedicated home maker. She will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.

Phyllis is survived by sons Jerome & Barbara Turvold, James Turvold, grandchildren Cindy Rice, Danyel & Roger Leisure, great grandchildren Mathew Huff, Nickolas Perkins, Ethan Leisure, Isabel Leisure, Averie Leisure, Owen Leisure. No services will be held.
