Mrs. Phyllis Simmons passed away on July 17th, 2022 at Raleigh General Hospital in Beckley, WV.
Preceding her death were her 3 sons Terry (Cheryl) Simmons, Michael Simmons, and Charles (Sue) Simmons. Brothers Bill Parish and Tom Parrish.
Survivors include a son Daniel (Rebecca) Miller, grandson Charlie Simmons, grandson Robert Simmons, granddaughter Samantha Simmons, 5 great grandchildren, and countless nieces and nephews.
