Phyllis E. Price, 64, of Wilmington, Ohio passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at her residence. She was born May 21, 1956 in Wilmington, Ohio, daughter of the late Harold and Janet Dunham Smithson. She was a graduate of Clinton Massie High School.

Mrs. Price retired from Airborne Express in Wilmington. She attended Villars Chapel United Methodist Church and enjoyed gardening, sewing, and cooking.

Survivors include her husband, Dennis H. Price; three daughters, Netta (Jason) Underwood of Goshen, Ohio, Rachel (C) Sabathne of Lizella, Georgia, and Elizabeth (James) Campbell of Toledo, Ohio; a son, Bryan (Jeff Fox) Price of Lynchburg, Ohio; five grandchildren, Alexis, Rikky, Kapri, Clark, and Kaylee; four great-grandchildren, Luna, Winter, Kota, and Leo; one brother; and four sisters. In addition to her parents, one brother, is preceded in death.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at the Smith Funeral Home, 327 N. South Street, Wilmington, Ohio followed by a celebration of Phyllis’ life at 6:00 PM, Tuesday.
