We love you Phil and I will always cherish your memory. You were such a kind soul with a huge heart. You were always there to help anyone you could and had nothing but kind words to say. I enjoyed talking about movies with you and discussing all kinds of topics. When I lived on the river we had the best of times and you were always my friend at Central.
