I've known Phil for basically my whole life...since I was 13 years old.
He was a good friend to me for many years and then became my husband.
Through good times and bad times we made it through. We shared so many
great memories which we would reminisce on and crack up laughing about.
I hope to see you in the new system. I miss you...

Phil passed away on July 25, 2019 at the age of 57 at Virtua Hospital in Willingboro NJ.
He is survived by his wife Zina L. Boyd, sisters Jeri Heulett & Husband Ivan, Carol Darden,
Gwen Grover & husband Ben and Patricia Hilgar. Brothers Donnie Ray Ogburn and Kevin Boyd.
