It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Phillip "Phil" Douglas Bond. Phil was born in Portsmouth, Ohio to Ruby and Thomas Bond on December 4, 1942. He was taken from us to soon on November 20, 2023. Phil was a proud veteran, who served in the US Army, 101st Airborne, from 1959-1965. After leaving the Army, Phil received his real estate license and had a long career as a realtor and …
