Philip A. Toto, 83, of Woodbury, NJ passed away peacefully on December 1, 2020. Born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Albert and Mary Toto, he was the youngest of 5 siblings. He was predeceased by his brothers Lawrence and Alfred. He is survived by his sisters Claire Nearey and Anne Cash, and by many nieces and nephews. Phil had a long career with SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals in Philadelphia before his retirement. Phil will be …
