Philip Lemoine Randall Jr., 72, of Astor, Florida passed away on March 17, 2020. Phil was born in North Charleroi, Pennsylvania, February 14,1948. Phil was the son of the late Philip L. Randall Sr., Ann (Michaels), and Doris (stepmother). As a graduate of Belle Vernon Area High School, he went on to attend Penn State University where he studied metallurgy. Phil was an accomplished trumpet player and music lover. After college, he migrated to Florida …
