Dear Collins family: My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time. Uncle Phil was truly a wonderful man, and I feel incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have known him and cherish the moments we all shared together. His stories were captivating. He had a wealth of wisdom and knowledge. I am grateful for the laughter and joy he brought into our lives. May you find solace in the memories.
