Philip W Blanchard was born in Oklahoma, left at the age of 12 to live with a friend. He attended school and worked from age 12 until his stroke in 2013. 

Phil was kind, generous, and a true gentleman despite his difficult up bringing. A true friend to those who knew him well. He had no living family other than his 6 Malteses and final companion a rescued female dog named Helena. I was his one good friend. I consider myself family, he was always there when I needed a helping hand. 

Philip was bright and proud. Did not take handouts and was slow to accept help. I’m proud to say I was his only true friend. I was proud to call him my friend,  soul bff.  Phil became a respected project manager for builders in central Florida. He never Missed a day of work or take vacations until het met me. 

He was funny and charismatic. I miss him.
