It is with utmost sadness that we announce the passing of Phát Phù, affectionately known to many as Mười.  Born on February 22, 1960, Phát lived an extraordinary and impactful life until his passing on March 16, 2025.

Phát will be deeply missed by his surviving family; his beloved spouse, Hà, his devoted children, Sang, Tâm, Lynn, Lena, and daughter-in-law, Tia. His absence will be profoundly felt within the close-knit family he lovingly nurtured over the years.

A celebration of Phát's life will be held on March 23, 2025, at 10:00 am at Phật Âm Temple. The gathering will honor and reminisce on the life of a man who was hardworking, generous, and filled with courage and determination. Those who knew and loved Phát are invited to attend the service to share memories and celebrate a life well-lived.

Phát's life lessons and principles were rooted in an unwavering work ethic, unconditional love for his family, and a spirit of generosity that extended to all. These principles he imparted resonate in his greatest accomplishments. Surviving the hardship of Vietnam and moving abroad to offer his family better opportunities, Phát proved to be immensely resilient. He started from scratch and successfully ran an auto mechanic business for over two decades, which stands as a testament to his diligence and sheer grit.

Beyond his business acumen, Phát was a man who understood the value of relationships. He built a strong reputation within his community and established lifelong relationships with his customers, who remember him not just as a mechanic, but as a friend. His dedication and integrity will continue to inspire those who knew him, and his legacy will undoubtedly live on in the hearts of many.

As a respected member of the community, Phát's legacy of kindness, generosity, and community service will long be remembered. His tangible achievements are surpassed only by the intangible impact he had on those around him. His love for the ocean and fishing were equalled only by the love he held for his family and friends.

Phát's life was a testament to the strength of the human spirit, a tribute to perseverance, and a reflection of the power of love and dedication. His life and memory will forever remain etched in the hearts of those who had the joy of knowing him.
