I am in disbelief and completely heartbroken. Peter and I worked together for many years at church and the ministry of More Than Conquerors, Inc, where he was our right arm and great support. The students awaited his hysterical and sobering presentations week by week. He certainly had a wide open heart for people. He is already sorely missed across the Body of Christ. I am both laughing out loud as I remember different experiences we shared, and sobbing for our great loss. God, help us all.
Sending my most sincere condolences to Valora, Anaia, Alaina, Sister Hazel and their entire family.

I was so sorry to hear about Peter's passing. He was such a man of God and had a smile that calmed every situation around him.
3 things that endears Peter to me:
1.He loves Valora , his daughters, and his family, his friends.
2. Peter loves God! It's evident by his life, consistently well lived. I had the pleasure of knowing him for well over 25 years. He was always Peter servant of God!!
3. Peter loved his community! Talk about a servants heart! I met him serving in the community. Then had the joy of friendship all these years since. I miss knowing you are out there being you in this world Peter.

Our hearts are broken by the recent passing of a dear friend and long-time member of our Diamond In The Rough family. Mr. Peter Richardson partnered and served in various capacities within DITR as a Facilitator, Workshop Presenter, Parent Advisor, and Diamond Dad. He was also an instrumental part of our Love, Lust and Lies Healthy Relationship Program, The Great Exchange Project, and 2008 Youth Leadership Retreat Co-Coordinator. He was instrumental in helping DITR establish long-term relationships within the community including our partnership with Impact Church (formally Cannanland Church).
Peter was a loving husband, father, facilitator, youth advocate, and Mighty Man of God. He had a heart of gold and an incredible way of connecting with people of all ages. His wisdom, passion, and creativity were felt in everything and he will be missed tremendously. May God bless his wonderful wife, beautiful children, and the community, who will all miss him dearly.
