On Wednesday, February 3, 2021, Peter Muirhead, loving husband, father and grandfather, passed away at the age of 74.

Pete was born July 22, 1946 in Toronto, Canada to Agnes (Kelly) and James Muirhead.

In the late 1960’s, Pete moved to Freeport, Grand Bahama Island where he managed the Grand Bahama Dairy. In 1976, Pete met his beloved wife Lorraine Jordan. In 1980, Pete and Lorraine moved to Florida where they would marry and raise two devoted daughters, Lauren and Kimberly. Pete was a proud grandfather to Landry Muirhead and a cherished father-in-law to Amanda Gabilondo.

Beloved brother of Maureen Seabrook and the late Michael Muirhead. Dear brother-in-law to Kim Sands, Art Sands and the late Bob Seabrook. Loving uncle to Kelly Seabrook and Ashley Valcarcel (Sands). Survived also by his children from a previous marriage Susan and Thomas Muirhead.

In 1989, Peter built Juno Beach Tire and Auto Center, which he would proudly operate for 25 years before a wonderful retirement.

Pete’s intelligence, kindness and love for his family were unmatched. His passions for adventure and travel were an inspiration to all he met.

At Pete’s request, there will be no funeral or memorial service.
