Peter Haven Jenness, 76, of Kingston, Massachusetts, passed away on June 1st, 2025, at the VA Hospital in Brockton. He proudly served our country in the Army. Peter is predeceased by his loving wife, Linnea (Staples) Jenness. He leaves behind his sons Richard Jenness (wife Jennifer) and John Jenness. Grandchildren, Cyril Fabrizio (wife Anna), Tadg Jenness, Jared Jenness, Ella Jenness, and Jack Jenness. Also, his adored great-granddaughters, Julietta and Serephina Fabrizio. Peter was a faithful member of Mayflower Church in Kingston and loved his church family and friends. He spent much of his time at the church and enjoyed community events. He had a wonderful group of friends who cared for him and even met regularly for cards. Pete loved western films and fishing. Pete had the incredible ability to tell jokes at the drop of a hat. He was clever and witty. He loved spending time with his grandkids and chasing his great-grandkids around the yard. If it was an after-work phone call or a Sunday in the yard, he always made time for his family. He will be sorely missed.

Pete did not wish to have a funeral; a memorial gathering will be held at a later date.
