I’ve learned a couple of things from Peter. First, see and value the whole person you’re interacting with, not just the piece of them you happen to need at the moment. The second thing, I swear I learned after he passed. I feel like he actually let me know that that it’s not only ok, but important to take the time to do things the right way and to completion even if I don’t think I have time.

It’s really sad that he didn’t have more time himself.
