In 2012, he founded his own company, Cantare Solutions, before joining Cable One in 2015. After a long and successful career, heretired in 2025, going on to serve as a consultant with Sand Cherry Consulting. Throughout his career, Peter was known for his integrity, leadership, and drive to make a meaningful impact.

Peter’s commitment to his community extended far beyond his professional life. His selflessness and civic spirit left a lasting imprint on all who had the privilege of working alongside him.

Outside of his professional and civic duties, Peter found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He found solace in playing guitar, enjoyed spending time with his animals, and relished being with his family. His favorite film was It’s a Wonderful Life, a fitting reflection of his own values and the life he led. Peter Brown will be remembered for his kindness, humility, the strength of his convictions, and his service. He lived a life of purpose and compassion, always encouraging others to embrace who they are. Though he is no longer with us, the legacy of his love, service, and authenticity lives on in the countless lives he touched.
