Peter Vincent Breysse was born on July 16, 1955 in Butte, Montana, the first of seven siblings. He grew up in Seattle, Washington. He graduated from Seattle Prep High School and attended Washington State University where he met his wife, Carole. They both came back to the Seattle area to finish their degrees and become teachers. Peter earned his bachelors and masters degrees from the University of Washington. He earned his way through college as …
