Peter Belsterling Bortz

Born January 2, 1946 passed November 9, 2025. Born in Havre De Grace, MD. Peter was the son of Francis Joseph Bortz and Katherine B. Garber and a brother to five siblings. He attended Aberdeen High School and graduated from Towson State University. He spent 35 years teaching Mathematics in Baltimore City Schools.

Most importantly, Peter was a kind, selfless and gentle man! He is survived by his spouse of 46 years, Carmen, his three stepdaughter‘s, Debbie, Cynthia and Michele, who loved and adored him. Peter has six amazing grandchildren, Tiana, Rachel, Lindsey, Domonic , Gianni and Amaris.
