As Pete watched over the ceremony today, he would have been very happy about the Military Service, the Memorial brochure detailing Pete's Life as well as the number of mourners.

Pete was a wonderful man who had great patience and love for Mary and Mark as well as for those who took great care of him in these final years.

I remember Pete telling the story of how in the early days of dating Mary,  he provided Mary a "red soda" which Mary truly loved.  He continued to provide this soda on an ongoing basis.
