Pete Bailey (Pete) passed away on Sunday July 24th peacefully at the Texas City of TX. City, TX. He was 87. Born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK, Bailey was the son of the late Vin  Bailey and Mary Bailey . His family settled in Tulsa, Ok when he was nine. Once  he married his beloved Janet, they settled in Lubbock where they raised their family. Pete was devoted to his family. As well as joining the police force until he’s retiring in 2001. 

They are survived by daughters Carolyn, Chevelle, sons Pete II, and Oliver. 

Grand Children, Ryan, Lisa,Lou, Isiah, Frank, Whitney, Aaliyah. 

A funeral service will be held in their honor at Carnes Funeral Home on July 30th Texas City.
