Obituary
Penny Robbins, 70, of Baytown, TX, passed away on November 11, 2025.
Penny was born on January 18, 1955 to Mavis Lois (Denman) Beall & Willard Stewart Robbins (Robbie) in Houston, TX. After graduating from LaPort HS in 1973, she went on to join the Army and then the Nation Gaurd. She ended her career as a Sargent with an Honorable Discharge on May, 25th 1987.
