Long time residents of the Warm Beach community, both Penny Moser and her husband, Ken (1941-2010) were supporters of their local fire department. Penny passed Thursday, 17 October 2024. Survived by daughter, Jennifer, and son, David, it is our hope that their support can continue on and secure the good work and dedication of the women and men of the North County Regional Fire Authority on 267th Street NW.
