Penny Elizabeth Jenkins Green passed away on June 19, 2024, from cancer. Penny was born on July 2, 1957, and was a lifelong resident of Lakeland, Florida. She was the youngest of four daughters born to Lakeland business entrepreneurs John Jasper Jenkins and Juanita Beck Jenkins, the founding owners of J & J Wheel Alignment, located at 1600 N. Florida Ave, Lakeland, Florida, which was later sold to Levy Harrison and renamed Imperial Tire Store.
