It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Penny Consentino. Born on October 8, 1973, a vibrant soul left us on June 29, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, generosity, and an abundance of love.

Penny was a beloved sister, wife and mother and is survived by her brother, Mark Billard, her sons Codi & Jesse, her daughter Ashley, and her husband Richard. She was cherished deeply by her family, who admired her vivacious spirit, compassion, and unwavering strength throughout her battle with cancer.

A Celebration of Life was held in honor of Penny on July 5th, 2023, at 5:00 pm at Finegan Funeral Home. This gathering was imbued with the same warmth and love that Penny so readily shared with those around her throughout her life.

One of Penny's greatest accomplishments, and undoubtedly her proudest, was the birth of her three children. Her deep familial love was central to her life, and the lessons she taught them will continue to guide and inspire them.

Penny embodied love on a daily basis, living with the conviction that every day should be cherished as if it's the last. This exemplary life principle is one of the many invaluable lessons she shared with those fortunate enough to cross her path.

Difficult as it is to say goodbye, we are comforted by the enduring legacy that Penny leaves behind - a legacy marked by love, kindness, and generosity, a legacy that will continue to resonate and inspire. She will be deeply missed by her loved ones. Her beautiful spirit, however, will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched.
